One contractor. The right accreditation.
Level 1 and Level 2 works on the NSW network require ASP (Accredited Service Provider) accreditation. Shoan Electrical doesn’t hold ASP accreditation in-house — and we’re upfront about that.
What we bring is close to 20 years working across infrastructure, industrial and mining projects, and long-standing relationships with accredited ASPs we’ve delivered alongside for years. We join forces to deliver your project: you deal with one contractor, and we bring the right accreditation to the job.
All Level 1 and Level 2 network works are performed by our accredited ASP partners, with Shoan Electrical coordinating delivery and completing the licensed electrical works within our scope.

What Level 1 & 2 covers.
Level 1 — network construction
Construction and extension of overhead and underground network assets: transformers, substations, mains and network augmentation — quoted once we have your job specifications.
Level 2 — service works
Consumer mains, overhead and underground service lines, metering installation, and disconnection/reconnection of supply.
Developments & upgrades
Supply upgrades for developments, duplexes and commercial sites — from single-phase-to-three-phase conversions to new connection points.
Industrial & infrastructure background
Experience across mining, industrial and infrastructure projects means we speak the language of specs, staging, safety systems and sign-off.
From the pole to the pit.
